Welcome!  HepCarestream is nurse owned and managed 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2016.  We are committed to finding solutions to the hepatitis C and opioid epidemics at a grassroots level in underserved communities.  In January 2018, in collaboration with the University of California at San Francisco & Davis, the HepCarestream started the work of building capacity to treat hepatitis C in 13 counties over 3 years.  Recruitment of primary care providers into an educational program called ECHO +, is the primary objective.  We will also provide community education and testing free of charge, throughout the entire region.  We are committed to the realization of a world without hepatitis C.
